Heh, I thought the same thing when I saw this pic. Aside from the enlarged boobs it's basically a flipped copypasta of the lineart from the Ichigo/Soifon pic. Not that I'm bitching or anything, just sayin'. Frankly, I'm surprised Ellery doesn't do it more with how many pics she puts out, this one was just a rather obvious example.
I think we should stop arguing about IchiRuki or IchiHime but let me say this. Bleach is not a romance, so it will not focus on that kind of relationship anyway. Maybe we'll get some small doses of romance later, but it won't be much. It's currently somewhat of a love triangle. Orihime has a huge crush on Ichigo, while Ichigo sees her as a best friend right now. Rukia and Ichigo have a deeper relationship because they understand each other very well. You see how Rukia can always cheer Ichigo up and motivate him when he's not. Not to mention the few romantic moments when they just stare at each other or look off into the distance while next to each other (in the soul society it happened, and in Hueco Mundo at their reunion). I'm not saying anything will happen between Ichigo and Rukia, but it's much more likey than Ichigo and Orihime. Though I doubt anything will happen until the very end of Bleach because Kubo doesn't want to piss people off like that, considering how large the fanbase is following each possible romance. Until then, the Anime will entertatin both possibilities to please everyone.

Orihime can go hook up with a hobo. i don't give a fuck. but in my opinions the Ichiruki moments in the series is more deeper than the Ichihime moments. only major thing between those two is that she almost kisses him in his sleep. besides that all she does is spout her onesided love for him. With Ichiruki moments it's different, you can tell that Ichigo has deep feelings for her. everytime she got hurt he had a strong sad look, and in more recent time, when he saw her for the first time during his fight with Ginjo I'm sure he had strong feelings for her
and Kubo (in case u dont know, he's the guy that write the manga.) said bleach isnt about romance. so get your facts together lady
kubo wanted the holding hands scene to be deleted cuz it was a filler. but the anime team kept it cuz it is.. how u called it? oh right. fanservice. although, kubo had no problem with the filler before ichigo left to fight aizen (the eyes smex) or the ice skating scene. he said "the animation was very good" "im happy the anime team did it since in the manga rukia havnt said goodbye to ichigo before he left." and should i mention the 3th movie that kubo was very much involed with? unlike the 4th movie, that he wanted his name out of the credits. like i said, go argue with kubo.

I'm personally not a big fan of Ichigo x Orihime, and neither a big fan of Orihime (mostly because of her persona and role, but pretty much everything else except for her look), but I have to say, this pic seems quite beautiful and romantic. I can't really see any flaws in their anatomy either, yeah maybe her breasts should be bigger, but that's all. So, you a did a great job on it once again.:] I'm - as well - rather a Rukia x Ichigo fan, so I only can hope we will so more of that pairing instead.:] With her new look.:p But it's up of the members, naturally.^^
