Just like Derrik said, everything looks good except, i like your drawning style and colouting but the faces could be worked more... Not that the faces look bad, just saying they could be more like Bleach style. Anyway, you are doing an impressive work, thanks a lot!
Getting better, that's for sure. Only one thing: please do something about these backgrounds...
My main issue is the faces, honestly. Everything else is relatively solid, but the faces look like a stylized variant of the more extreme elements of Ellery's style.
