Its common in hentai for girls to be in doggy position while their arms are being pulled back. You can clearly see Harribel isn't sitting up straight due to the arc in her back, making it seem like she's at a diagonal angle, which implies her leaning forward. Lexus knows how to draw body proportions and angles better than you think.

How can she be leaning forward when Ywach is holding her hands behind her back? normally that position straightens up the spine and keeps them upright while stopping the body from being pushed forward. It's pretty clear that both Kyoraku and Harribel are kneeling, because you can see the floor in-between the gaps
The reason why it looks so wonky is because its hard to tell that Harribel is also leaning forward while kneeling.

I know Kyoraku is tall but he looks "too" tall in this image. While he may be 6'3, you've drawn him while he appears to be kneeling, as evident by his right knee joint in the corner. Harribel is 5'9 and although she also appears to be kneeling as well, that's only a difference of 6 inches so why does she look so much smaller in comparison?. Maybe it's just the perspective of the image that's severely throwing me off but either way, the overall body sizes is something you should take more into account.

WOW! This picture is hot and stunning! You know how some pictures can make your eyes burn with how bad the quality is? THIS IS THE EXACT OPPOSITE, MY EYES ARE IN HEAVEN. Although that's putting it lightly haha, great work like always Lexus :)
