This is adult Temari. She's younger here than in the shitty falsified Next Gen but she's still an adult here. All major characters are adults in the series. It's just not so much in part 1. But you wouldn't send people on missions risking their lives to get killed if there was no worry that they couldn't look after themselves and be independent. Also, Asians would always get married from around 12 and even have sex at that age. It still goes on today. Asians mature at a much faster rate, therefore they become adults much earlier in life; many years before White and Black people. Even to this day, many Asian countries (some law-contradicted) still have sex and stuff at this age. The only reason why it stopped is because of stuff like schooling systems. You can't have school students bringing in alcohol or cigarettes, that's why the required purchase age for these things have been raised in many places.
