His (Ganibal's) plan is to basically complain until Rex does his request since Halloween ones are less requested, he has spammed them in suggestions and has a higher rate of getting his done if they were done. Ganibal is like a bratty child who cries after opening a Xmas gift and starts complaining.
That's a fan name the Jap. people gave to the transformation. So weird how westerners use it and think it's legitimate.

I was right this Halloween going to be even worse than previous and make Halloween requests now is just the waste of money but from others side I feels a pretty satisfied because this pic and idea looks very original and fresh, the most interesting pic here for a last few months at least for me. Actually that's the main reason why I do love Halloween pics so much because there is always a pretty original unexpected ideas like this
