You mean two words, lol. But you're right. It does ultimately depend on what we members request. I guess it just doesn't feel as special/traditional if it isn't drawn in October. October and December are two months where we have a great chance of seeing as many different characters as possible. That's why whenever we see the same characters for Christmas/Halloween, we feel sad that we have to wait another year when one of those pics could include a different character. BTW, I really appreciate that you shared your view on this in a non-hostile manner. I really don't want to rant again, but at the same time, I feel I have to. Something is really wrong with this community...
One word: Cosplay pics. Halloween/Christmas isn't the only time we could see characters in costumes. It all depends on people's request (which they have a ton of already). And with the pace these artists are going, it would be 2-3 years before anyone's recent requests will be seen. My opinion.

Hinata, Shizune and Kurotsuchi. All I need now is a Konan pic, and this Halloween is complete for me. ... Still, I wish Halloween lasted longer... There are still so many characters to see in costumes.
Ahh....I'm loving the Guilty Gear reference on this one, I started to play this awesome underrated franchise back in the Dreamcast days.(one of my top consoles of all time btw) I'm loving these gaming themes, keep it up Rex :)
