What I can say, Narutopixxx is a very democratic hentai site: different people different interests different fetishes and Rex try to hear everyone and this is a normal when he sometimes he do pics what likes by far not everyone. I don't remember rex saying anything about lesbian pics being prohibited. Only that gay isn't allowed which I think is more due to personal preference than law ristriction.
