Without a doubt, this is my favorite out of all of your pinups. Not only does Mirajane look beautiful here, but she's drawn perfectly. Her facial expression is fantastic and you've captured her appearance really well. The sexual position is good as well. The breasts look good, however the nipples still need some work. They're bigger which is good, but don't forget they also need shading, and placement is also important. The left nipple looks a little out of place. The vagina is also too small. try looking at the different shapes of vagina's so that you can draw them in different ways and that they don't all look the same. It's an important part after all. This art style is perfect for Fairy Tail, and you should stick with it. The shading could do with a little work and remember highlights as well. Keep practicing and you'll do great.
