This looks like a masterpiece. Their facial expressions and the dramatic aura of the image is really well done. It's like something that belongs on DeviantArt.
One tiny thing tho, Hisana seems a little bit taller than she should be. both rukia and hisana are very short, and petite. just an observation tho, nothing crucial

i think the main differences between their designs is just Hisana is more pale and also the hair in her face splits in two, while Rukia's doesn't split
