I wonder when non-members will understand that it's the members who decide. If you are so hype about seeing Kushina or another character please pay for membership and request the character. I agree it may take some time, but the chances for seeing your character gets double so high. I bet if all the non-members who whines about too much of Hinata became members and rmsde a requesr for another character than Hinata would it have seem s great change.
