It would have been so much better if she was secretly an Uchiha. Like imagine if Sasuke/Itachi's Father prepared for the worst and secretly permitted some Uchiha families to live in the outskirt random towns nearest Konoha. Not to mention that this actually would be possible since the Uchiha were in charge of the leaf-village police force, so he would secretly know to get things done. So in the end, Sasuke's vision in restoring the Uchiha-clan and creating a "revolution" would be even more extremely possible if this were the case. Let's just hope Naruto doesn't have to kill him.
