Ferds is finally realizing that "quality" is better than "quantity". Body anatomy, vagina shading details, the dick penetration details, multiple shading details (not just one layer of shading), the eye coloring, and the head size. Because the more experienced you are in doing "quality-work", then over some time period - your "art-speed" will also initiate quality-works in a faster-rate. But again, that will take some time and dedication to keep improving while maintaining quality of some level. Also, if Ferds did things like this from the very beginning on Fairy Tail, He would have had allot more ratings/comments than he has now.
I'm not to keen on the shading method you're using. If you look at the way Rex does it on Naruto Pixxx, I think that might work for you.

best image you've ever done, and that's saying something. Would be better if you started shading the nipples and added a bit of detail to the pussy instead of it just being a slit.
