If you are going to draw Zaraki, keep in mind that he is a beast character. He is waaaay bigger than Orihime. Imagine the "Hulk" fucking "Wonder Woman". Would you draw the Hulk in the same regard as you drew Zaraki? You make great art, but just keep the proportion of characters in mind as well.
Kenpachi's size discrepancy bugs me mostly due to the fact that in the Soul Society arc, Orihime rode around on his back and was completely obscured from view from the front, save from her head. That and she's 5'2, a foot and a half shorter than Kenny.
Try to analyze screenshots from the anime, so you can be more accurate when it comes to their faces, just a tip tho.

<strong>It's probably the angle of the shot. If you'll notice, the shot only shows his body above his knees. But I get what you mean. I don't draw Kenpachi much so this was a bit of a challenge. As for the faces, you think so too? I've been thinking the same thing and I'll definitely do something about that.</strong>

Kenny's a bit short (he's 6'7(2 Meters) in-series), and the floating torpedo tits look a bit odd. Also I think I've figured out the central issue with your faces; it's the mouths.
maybe try a softer coloring style like the other artist here and like Rex on narutopixxx? instead of this hard cel shading. and maybe a soft tip on your inking?
Nice pic... you're definitely improving Joe. The only weak point of the image is that the boobs look somewhat liitle weird and Zaraki should have more muscular big body. That's all. Keep up the hard work!! :)
