I know some would say it's "Soi Fong" but from what I gather, she's Chinese (or at least has a Chinese lineage) and the pronunciation of her name is just a variation of how Japanese people say certain words not native in their tongue (like interchanging "r" and "l" sounds in English words). And besides, I don't think Sui-Feng (or Soi Fong as others would prefer) is not a Japanese name, not that I know of, that is. And Wiki says it's "Sui-Feng", and no one argues the correctness of Wiki. The face which I think might be your biggest hurdle looks great in this picture. Awesome work. I don't mind too much about the breast size. If anything the more curvy ladies in the actual series could be drawn with bigger breasts. Probably my only criticism (and it's just an opinion anyway)
Like Tenchi2k said, Breast size consistency is an issue here. You draw characters like Rukia and Sui-Feng with C-cup sized breasts. Joe, everything looks great except the breast size again. She has small ones like Rukia.
