Enjoy this last Rukia solo for the month (since I've been doing a lot of her lately, She's Flavor of the Month :p) I've been very hesitant to draw her in her new hairstyle, cause im not used to seeing her in that style. but its always better to break away from the comfort zone once in a while :) I hope I got her look right.

That's OK. I like Lexus' style with animes too. It's very clean and crisp. I'm better with another style and probably will take a few tries to get the look right. But honestly, I guess the reason Lexus and I were hired to replace Ellery is because it's not sure if she's coming back. And we think she won't. But who knows, she might some day.
I guess the fact that she has a vagina isn't enough of a giveaway that she's female? :P
I don't mean to be a dick to Joe, but I like Lexus more, and if we could get Ellery and Lexus that would be great
I didn't mean that they had to be massive mate, just evident enough that you can actually tell that Rukia's a female without needing to search for it. As, without them being bigger, with the new hairstyle she looks very much like Hantarou.
very nice i must say, i was a bit hesitant at the start, when we got notified that ellery probably won't be coming back (if ellery is coming back, thats great, we'll have 3 artists then :p) i was worried that we won't be having as good artists as him/her ( always gonna be a mystery) but i must say, you are getting very close. i won't say you are worse or better than ellery, but you certainly make great art in your own style keep it up :)
As you said, different strokes for different folks. This should be the right size, but however... Some people just like them bigger XD I think you should let the requests tell you whether she should be pre or post time-skip and with big or small breasts. Just follow the orders, soldier!

While I can appreciate the closeness with which you have matched your picture to the story, I don't really like it that much. I think that you should stick with the pre-timeskip version of her hair. Also, could you please ensure that it is evident that she has tits?
