Here is my view on this. The old requesters are probably not members anymore. They are not useful when it comes to obtaining more money. The current requesters on the other hand have priority because (despite the manga ending) they are showing dedication to HentaiKey and their money flow will remain constantly high if current PAYING members are satisfied. It wouldn't make sense if a member from 2 years ago requested something (but has only been a member only one full month), then we compare it to a current member who seems willing to suscrive for more than 3-4 months just to get his requested done. That current dedicated member will see their request sooner than the OLD ONE PAY WONDER.
becouse narutopixxx has alot of members and they`ll get alot of requstes too , so they cant do all of them,they are humans too and have their own life to live so they do as much as they can be patient
