I and hopefully you know that she's dead in the show/manga and this picture was clearly made after she was considerd to be dead. So regardless of how the picture depicts I feel and I feel are the key words here like a necrophiliac. Clearly I know what necrophilia is and that is why I chose to write I feel like, as opposed to I am so stfu and gtf.

That is perhaps one of the dumbest comments I've heard on this site. Necrophilia means you get aroused by cold, dead bodies. In this picture, she is clearly alive and well. Just because she died later on means nothing.
Ellery lives in a different timezone, so when she does post new pics it would say her date and time. (I think she lives around the Philippines, but I'm not sure)

Agree. Hisana's a very sweet and kind woman. Rukia should learn more things about her. Though I feel bad for her death due to her sickness
