It's called perspective. Her right foot is slightly nearer the 'camera' so it appears larger. Hence, her vagina seems smaller as it's farther away from the viewer. But whatever.
Both her big toes are not properly shaped and the right one looks too huge, but everything else looks about right. Try adding some shine onto the toenails next time.
This is perhaps your best image yet. The only thing I will say is that you need to focus more on how you draw Labia's ecause they really don't look good at all. That's my only criticism.
