Basically they had sex the night before. Nozomi's all cheery and Ichigos chillin there like," I got laid last night!!" :p

Apparently, Kon used Ichigo's body to be able to do some naughty things with Nozomi (what things, we do not know) and he recently got put back into his doll, and Nozomi's happy with the pervy things Kon did to her. It's so sweet... Until Ichigo gets a hold of Kon XD
I'm assuming it's about how Kon loved that chick in the filler and they probably finally did something, maybe Kon using Ichigo's body. Although if that's the case I think lexus should have given Nozomi a more after sex look
