He is joking with you nobody would use a request because of that. I believe the reason is because they are huge fans of Hinata and would have have a pic of her own. Majority of members have her as they favorite character and most request is of her. So that is what most members want. That's why we non-members have to live with it. If you want to change it become member and ask for someone else. It will maybe not make a HUGE change, but a small change will be made when you request another character than Hinata. :)
With much experience I believe it's about 3-4 days. Maybe less. But the minimum is 3 days.
Its not so much as Rex/Darwin preferring characters to draw, its the flood of Hinata requests that the Hinatards submit constantly because they only love that one girl over and over again, so they have to deal with a large volume of requests featuring her while other characters are not asked for as much or are pushed back farther behind all the selfish whiny Hinatards. If you're going to point fingers at least do it right, the users are more to blame than the artists.
So basically Hinata fans are baiting trolls. Got it, thank you for clearing that up.
It might be a problem, that there is a lot/too much of Hinata Hyūga on 'narutopixxx.com', but I guess, it's not the case that Darwin and/or Rex prefer to draw her more than other characters. It's probably truly the case, that there are a lot of Hinata Hyūga requests. To be honest, Hinata is still one of the hottest (if not the hottest) girls in Naruto and perhaps even on the same level as Tsunade and Mei Terumi are! PS: I guess, the low rating resulted from the Omoi (who's actually just an unimportant side character) Hinata combination.
I used to find Hinata super hot, but she has been done too much and deserves a break. eventually people will want her back. Give her a rest please <3
