Thats just it though. if you don't mention the age then the character, per the websites disclaimer, is "18 years of age or older" thus being at the legal "age of consent". Also, they don't need logic seeing as these characters are not actually living breathing things, they are just pieces of art. However, if you were to put a label on one of these characters such as e.g. 11 year old Konohamaru then... he's no longer considered to be 18 anymore. Why? because you just stated that he was 11 years old. See what i am getting at? If you don't put a label on the character, it doesn't matter what his "official" age is, then he automatically is presumed to be 18 if he is on this site. I can see why this doesn't make sense to you; however, there is a legally binding reason why.
It really is funny Seriously Konohamaru just in age 12 years in current anime and Hanabi too if not younger, and all the rookies from the first pre- Shippuden season too in age 12-13 years, but Claudius will never paid attention to it and did a lot of pics with characters that are not even close to the "age of consent" But this time he didn't it because a member asked, "12-year-old Konohamaru", right? But if the request was for Konohomaru no mention of its current age, then Claudius would have bring 12 Konohamaru as always without problems, right? I do not see any logic here I can not get the method as "illegal age for the characters" rules work here
you said "12 year old konohamaru"... thats not even close to the "age of consent" so therefor it is illegal. so in the future say that you want konohamaru from the first stage/ arc/ season/etc... its purely politics.
