If Boa Hancock would be a real person she should be middle eastern or a gypsy woman from Europe. Once I saw a cosplayer, whose name I do not know, that has thick eyelashes but donned the alluring aura of Boa H. except she doesn't have big boobies. Aaah..what am I thinking now? A One Piece Live action. We might suggest good actors and actresses for the roles. But the movie must be starred by international celebrities I think, not just Japanese...Err...this must be coffee kicking my brain.
