Problem is not about the wrong character here Problem is about the overdose pics with old and adult males from Darwin. Seems he is mostly looking for such requests while others requests is not very interesting for him and people just tired from this There must be a ton members requests without the old and adult mens but Darwin not very hurry up to working with them when a few a old and adult males ideas still waiting in the suggestion box And as Goodween said Darwin's blatant prioritet is the old dudes and he just can't miss the any of such requests Maybe Darwin did Goodween idea only because he thought that's was request for Shinno not for Shino Aburame Other way it may have been another non-prioritet request
Actually the title hints, no, directly references Shinno since in the movie he collected Chakra using the 0 tails. Shino Aburame doesn't really connect with the title and this guy actually has a connection with Amaru. I'm not trying to defend getting a character mixed up, just saying.

Common sense would mean that these two names were next to each other in the drop down menu on the suggestion poll, because Alphabetical order would be the way to go for names. Maybe....I don't know, you clicked on Shinno instead and didn't bother to check? Simple mistake, but the blame could be on your part, not Darwin's.
