The reason behind that is simple. This is the same way how Ellery wrote her tag. The reason that why her name isn't written in the opposite is because this way this pics is connected to the rest of Ellery's orihime pictures so people can see the old pictures at the same time. It's not like lexus doesn't know that Inoue should be written before Orihime jeez.
