Unohana looks great! Though, there's just something about Ichigo's lower half that I cant put my finger on, something that detracts from the picture as a whole. I'd say, from a sexy standpoint, Unohana is always a pro, but from an artistic standpoint, something about this picture just tickles my "There's something wrong with this." alarm.
