This looks pretty nice. As a little criticism, I think you need to draw your nipples better, for example Soi Fon's nipples on that other image you drew were way to small and didn't look right. And it might just be me, but the shading looks weird for Momo's hair. Rangiku's looks perfect though, so good job!
