I think i already gave ideas to make a pixxx with Kakashi and Tsuanade in the past, so this would actually come true and it did ;) WoW simply put.. 2 Master pieces in a row, this is more than just Epic, i dunno... DIVINE! Rex you rock dude \m/, keep on doing such masterpieces like this one ;)
oth look fuckin hot. Furthermore Tsunade is really young and beautiful in this one. The colours, the poses and the background...everything is just perfect! It would be awesome to see more of this pairing in future. ;) But RaikagexTsunade or MinatoxTsunade would be nice as well. ;)

Tsunade is great, very well drawn...but Kakashi spoiled the pic...I love kakashi in the manga or the anime, but not in hentai naruto pics, i don't know why. Naruto is more adapted to that situation, in that pic I think.

What I really love about this picture is the size of Tsunades tits, because they have exactly the same size as in the manga- great job! Too bad she did not put on some lipstick, but it's no big deal, still an awesome work

The only thing which is missing I think, is Tsunade's red lips; probably that is why she looks a bit younger and less passional. Other than that, its a Great pic R e x; its good to see some pics with her again, once in a while. Tsunade is just way toO~ frickin' HOT!^^ Like Mei Terumi.=) It would be great to see a pic with both of them (again).:D Thanks for it & keep it up ! I think title should be "I could have been hokage" but title aside and based on artwork. Amazing piece of work and a great theme.
Nice pic and title, but nabari is right, Kakashi declined the Hokage position. Good enough picture, though. I don't remember ever seeing these two go at it for a while. Love Tsunade's tits ;)

Great pic rex tsunade looks very sexy here and title makes sense even though kakashi didn't really want to take on responcibility as hokage but overal great pic 5/5
