Because she one of the biggest disappointment of this manga and probably by far not everyone can find attractive a three-eyed psycho woman with horns and without personality
Absolutely amazing picture! well done Rex. It would be really interesting to see some of Kaguya's abilities intergraded into future pictures. Like the fact that she could create makeshift dildo's with her bone growing ability, it is also possible for Kaguya to give herself cunnilingus as she has the ability to create dimensional portals.
