I think the pic is perfectly alright. Well, of course it´s too bad, that we don´t see Itachi, but the poses as well as the expressions are brilliant.
Sorry but i think you didn´t answer the question well. Yes, i think everyone knows that that´s the old uchiha lair and that´s suposed to be the chair where itachi was at the beggining of the battle with Sasuke, but even me doesn´t know the true genius behind that work, so let´s just leave it like that =]
