Contacting Law Enforcement Guidelines
Introduction
These guidelines are for law enforcement agencies, government bodies, and legal representatives who need to contact HentaiArtists regarding an active investigation, a legal request, or a report involving suspected illegal activity, including CSAM and non-consensual content. They are not intended for use by members of the public, who should instead use our Content Removal or Contact forms.
How to Submit a Request
Requests must be submitted on official agency letterhead or from an official government email address, and should include:
- The requesting agency, officer name, badge or identification number, and a case or reference number.
- A description of the content or account involved, including any URLs, usernames, or content IDs.
- The specific information or action being requested (e.g. preservation of records, disclosure of subscriber information, removal of content).
- Any applicable legal process, such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant, where records or subscriber data are being formally requested.
Data Preservation and Disclosure
We can preserve records relevant to an investigation upon a valid preservation request while formal legal process is obtained. Subscriber information and other non-public records will only be disclosed in response to a valid subpoena, court order, search warrant, or other legal process enforceable against us, or where disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
Emergency Disclosure Requests
If a request involves an emergency where there is a good-faith belief of imminent risk of death or serious physical harm to a person, or an immediate risk to a child, mark the request as an emergency, state the nature of the emergency clearly in the SUBJECT line, and describe the specific and immediate risk. Emergency requests are prioritized for expedited review.
CSAM and Non-Consensual Content Reports
For our internal procedure on identifying, removing, and reporting suspected CSAM or non-consensual content, please see our CSAM, Non-Consensual Content, and Illegal Content Procedures page.
Contact
Law enforcement and government requests should be submitted via our Contact Us page with the SUBJECT line "CONTACT LAW ENFORCEMENT". Please do not use the contact form for general customer support enquiries.
